PLAY TRACK WITH CALL

EXAMPLE 1

EXAMPLE 2

EXAMPLE 3

Information

Use the call of 'Reveille' and improvise a new response on a tuned instrument. (If you play a transposing instrument, e.g. a clarinet, ask your teacher for support.)

Follow these three steps to create your melody:
1. Improvise on the home note (C)
2. Improvise using two notes (C and E)
3. Improvise using five notes (C, E, G, A, C1)

You should aim to use long and short notes, and start and end on the home note (C), as in the examples provided.

Rehearse and perform.
