Using Roland CAMM1 Cutter/Plotter

· Open the image in 2D Design

· Switch on Roland CAMM1 machine

· Edit the image colours for fold lines and cut lines

· Set up the plot settings in 2D Design (cut by colour, generic text etc.)

· Release the feed roller clamps

· Insert and align the material to be cut/plot in the CAMM1

· Close the feed roller clamps

· Choose the correct material setting on the CAMM1 menu (roll, edge, sheet)

· Plot to the CAMM1 from 2D Design

· Is the correct tool inserted?

· Has the tool pressure been set?

· CAMM1 cuts/plots image

· Has the image been plot/cut successfully?

· Release material from CAMM1 and remove finished cut/plot (use transfer tape where necessary)
